Terms & Conditions
Non-Cancelable Orders
Orders placed with Ploutos Gold and Silver LLC may not be canceled by customers. A failure to follow through on orders as agreed could result in monetary damages recoverable by Ploutos Gold and Silver LLC, including collection fees. Items purchased by customers will generally be shipped via common carrier within 7–14 business days after payment clears (and once all amounts owed by the customer to Ploutos Gold and Silver LLC are fully satisfied). These orders should only take a few additional days to arrive. Delivery carriers are instructed to request a signature upon delivery. Any customer waiver of security and/or signature procedures, or failure to claim a package in a timely manner, can be a basis for denial of coverage.

Pricing Errors
Ploutos Gold and Silver LLC prides itself on providing the most up-to-date market pricing, derived from a live global feed from a well-established service. Bullion Products Disclaimer
When purchasing bullion products from Ploutos Gold and Silver LLC, it is imperative to recognize the distinction between bullion items and collectibles or numismatics. Bullion products, including bars, ingots, and coins, primarily derive their value from their precious metal content (e.g., gold, silver, platinum, or palladium). Unlike collectibles or numismatics, the value of bullion products is primarily influenced by prevailing market prices of the underlying metal.
Please be aware that bullion products may occasionally exhibit minor imperfections, such as small scratches, dings, or toning. These imperfections can arise from the minting process, transportation, or packaging. While we acknowledge that such imperfections may not be desirable, they are a natural occurrence in the handling of bullion products.
Customers should understand that these minor imperfections do not constitute defects. If you have specific concerns about the condition of your bullion products, our customer service team is here to help.
By proceeding with a bullion purchase from Ploutos Gold and Silver LLC, you acknowledge and accept the potential for minor imperfections as described above. If you seek items with a higher degree of aesthetic perfection or collector value, we recommend considering collectibles or numismatic items rather than bullion products.
Ploutos Gold and Silver LLC reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. It is the customer’s responsibility to review and understand these terms before making a purchase.
Market Loss Policy
When you purchase from Ploutos Gold and Silver LLC, upon receiving a Sales Order confirmation number, a binding contract is established. This secures the transaction price and transfers any corresponding market risk to you. Knowing your price at the time of order confirmation is a key advantage of transacting with Ploutos Gold and Silver LLC.
If there is a default in your payment, shipment, or any required action, Ploutos Gold and Silver LLC reserves the right to cancel your Sales Order(s). Upon cancellation, you acknowledge full responsibility and liability for any Market Loss, along with a fee equal to the greater of $50 or 5% of the total order. Additionally, you are responsible for covering all associated fees and costs incurred by Ploutos Gold and Silver LLC in the collection process. Any Market Gain resulting from Sales Order cancellations remains the property of Ploutos Gold and Silver LLC, with no obligation to you. Subsequent Sales Orders will be held for shipment until all outstanding Market Losses or cancellation fees are paid in full.
Returns and Refunds
Your satisfaction with product quality is guaranteed. If you are not satisfied, you have 3 days after receipt of shipment to notify our customer service team at 617-564-1630. The decision to refund or replace your item will be at the sole discretion of Ploutos Gold and Silver LLC. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Returned items may be subject to return shipping costs and any product value losses, if applicable. Orders may also be subject to a 5% restocking fee. All items must be returned in their original packaging. If you request an exchange and no acceptable replacement is available, Ploutos Gold and Silver LLC reserves the right to issue a refund instead.
We reserve the right to refuse, void, or liquidate orders from customers who fail—or have previously failed—to honor their commitments, who violate our policies, who attempt to circumvent our promotional conditions, or where potentially fraudulent or money laundering activity is detected. To protect against fraud, please note that your phone transactions may be recorded, and you consent to such recording as a condition of doing business with Ploutos Gold and Silver LLC.
Market and Investment Risk
Ploutos Gold and Silver LLC and its staff do not act as personal investment advisors and do not offer recommendations regarding the purchase or sale of any regulated security. Customers should be aware that precious metals markets have inherent risks, are volatile, and are influenced by economic conditions, political events, and speculative activities. Future profits are not guaranteed. All purchasing decisions are your own and should be made with the guidance of your advisors.
By purchasing precious metals from Ploutos Gold and Silver LLC, you understand that our company is not responsible for any losses caused by your decisions, nor do we have any claim to any gains you may realize. This website is provided “as is,” and Ploutos Gold and Silver LLC disclaims all warranties (express or implied), as well as any liability for the accuracy, legality, reliability, or availability of content on the website.
Special Notice Regarding Gold and Silver Rounds
If your order includes gold or silver rounds, please note that “rounds” are not legal tender coins. They are not, nor do they purport to be, numismatic items and are not minted by any government. Instead, they are low-cost, privately minted products valued primarily for their precious metals content. Furthermore, no items sold by Ploutos Gold and Silver LLC are imitation numismatic items, replicas, or copies of government-minted coins. All coins and rounds sold without a year listed in the product title are considered random-year products.
Sales Taxes
Ploutos Gold and Silver LLC is a small, family-owned Massachusetts business. In some cases, we may not have the obligation or ability to calculate, collect, and remit sales taxes on goods delivered into certain states. During checkout, we calculate, assess, and disclose any sales taxes that Ploutos Gold and Silver LLC is required to collect.
Delivery Insurance and Your Obligations
You must be prepared to be physically present at the shipping address when your shipment is scheduled to be delivered. In the rare event of a lost or stolen shipment, you must fully cooperate with any investigation conducted by Ploutos Gold and Silver LLC, law enforcement, postal authorities, or insurance adjusters. This may include signing a sworn affidavit detailing the circumstances of the loss or damage. We carry shipping insurance through a third-party provider (not directly from the carrier) and have sole discretion in determining whether to cover a loss.
If a package becomes lost in transit, you must notify Ploutos Gold and Silver LLC within seven (7) days of the last in-transit tracking scan. While we will work to locate the package, we are not liable for packages lost when no timely notification is provided. Similarly, we will not cover a loss if we are not notified within two (2) business days of a tracked delivery date, or if you have instructed carriers or delivery services to leave packages unattended or deviate from direct signature procedures. This includes leaving packages with building managers, neighbors, business mailrooms, or drop-off locations such as Mail Boxes Etc. or The UPS Store. (Under COVID “contactless” signature-confirmed delivery procedures, carriers make direct contact with you but sign on your behalf to confirm delivery.)
If a carrier attempts to deliver a damaged package, you should refuse delivery to ensure insurance coverage remains effective.
If a package is returned after a failed delivery attempt and you are unable or unwilling to arrange a new delivery, we reserve the right—after 30 days—to liquidate the items in the order at the original purchase price or current market value, whichever is less. Funds will be held pending your instructions on where to deliver them.

Governing Law and Attorneys’ Fees
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Massachusetts. Any disputes arising under or related to these Terms or the Website shall be litigated or heard in the state or federal courts of Massachusetts, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts. If any action under these Terms is brought in another jurisdiction and a party prevails in removing venue to the agreed-upon venue, that prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys’ fees, costs, and expenses of litigation in addition to any other relief granted.
