Q: Is the price guaranteed once I make a payment?
Your price is guaranteed at the moment your payment is successfully processed. For ACH payments, there’s no need to wait for verification, allowing you to lock in your price instantly, 24/7.
Q: Why was my credit card payment declined?
Our credit card processing comes with the highest security features to protect you and our company. If your billing address differs from your shipping address or if your email does not match the one on file with your credit card company, your payment may fail. In many cases, your credit card company may send you a text message to confirm your identity and the purchase amount, which is a normal security measure. If you believe your credit card was incorrectly declined, please contact your credit card company and inform them of your purchase on our website. This usually resolves the issue. Q: What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs $25 for purchases under $1500, and it’s free for purchases over that amount. If you prefer to have your item shipped to a store for pickup, there is a $5 fee. Please note that these are batch orders and may result in a slightly longer delay in processing your order.
Q: How long does it take for an item to be shipped?
Typically, items are shipped within 5 business days after your payment has cleared. However, depending on market conditions, it may take up to an additional 14 business days for your order to ship.
Q: What shipping method do you use?
We currently exclusively use FedEx Express for all shipments. Please be aware that all shipments require an adult signature. Starting from June 2022, FedEx will also require the scanning of your ID to accept a package.
Q: Can you ship to a PO Box?
Yes, we can ship to a PO Box; however, additional fees will apply. Please contact us before making your purchase. Keep in mind that your billing address must match your PO Box address.
Q: Do you charge sales tax?
There is no sales tax on orders over $1000 in Massachusetts. Currently, there is no sales tax on any out-of-state orders (outside Massachusetts).
Q: Are transactions reported?
Transactions made through Credit Card, ACH, and Bitpay do not require reporting.
Q: Where is Ploutos Gold and Silver located?
Our administrative office is located at 912 Crescent St. Brockton, MA 02302. All our products are securely stored in Texas and shipped directly from our vaults.
