Important: After placing an ACH order, you must contact us to manually confirm your order, or it may be canceled.

Q: Is the price guaranteed once I make a payment?
A: Yes, your price is locked in as soon as your payment is processed. ACH payments lock in your price instantly, but there is a 5-day clearing period. If the funds don’t clear, a 5% cancellation fee applies.
Q: Why was my credit card payment declined?
A: Advanced security features may decline your card if your billing and shipping addresses or email don’t match the information on file with your credit card company. You may also receive a text from your credit card provider to verify the transaction. If declined in error, contact your credit card company to approve the purchase. This is to protect both you and Ploutos Gold and Silver from fraud.
Q: What are the shipping costs?
A: Shipping is $25 for orders under $1,500. For orders over $1,500, shipping is free. Store pickup costs $6 and may take a little longer to process.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Orders typically ship within 5 business days after payment clears. However, depending on market conditions, shipping may take up to an additional 14 business days.
Q: What shipping methods do you use?
A: We primarily use FedEx Express but may also use USPS or UPS. All shipments require an adult signature. Starting June 2022, FedEx will also require an ID scan upon package delivery.
Q: Can you ship to a PO Box?
A: Yes, but additional fees apply. Please contact us before making your purchase. The billing address must match your PO Box address.
Q: Do you charge sales tax?
A: There is no sales tax on orders over $1,000 in Massachusetts. There’s also no sales tax for out-of-state orders.
Q: Are transactions reported?
A: No, transactions made via Credit Card or ACH do not require reporting.

A: Our administrative office is at 912 Crescent St., Brockton, MA 02302, and our mailing address is PO Box 300, North Easton, MA 02302. Our products are securely stored in Texas and shipped directly from our vaults.
Q: Can I make an in-store purchase?

How to Make an In-Person Purchase at Ploutos Gold and Silver
Making an in-person purchase is simple and straightforward. Follow these steps:

- Visit Our Location: On your appointment day, head to 912 Crescent Street, Brockton, MA. Upon arrival, ring the doorbell labeled PGS to let us know you’re here.

- Order Pickup:
- If you pay with cash and your items are available, you can take them home during your appointment.
- If the items are not available at the time, we’ll let you know when they’re ready. You can then arrange for pickup or have them shipped to you.
